Accessibility statement
WorkBridge aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. It has been checked by its maker, not independently audited.
What we’ve done
- Every form control has a visible label; hints explain what is needed.
- All features work with a keyboard. Focus is clearly visible with a high-contrast yellow and navy outline.
- A “Skip to main content” link appears on first Tab.
- Text and interface colours are chosen for at least 4.5:1 contrast against their backgrounds.
- Status is never shown by colour alone — every status has a text label.
- Updates such as “Matches updated” are announced to screen readers through a polite live region.
- Animations are subtle and switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Layouts reflow down to a 320px-wide screen and support zoom to 400%.
- Pages print cleanly, including the policymakers’ proposal.
Known limitations
- Some data tables scroll horizontally on small screens.
- The pipeline view is visual; the same information is available as text in each perspective’s tables.
- The prototype has not been tested with a panel of disabled users. A real pilot would need to do this before launch, along with assisted-digital routes.
